Oh my freaking head...

The last time I covered something in the Capitol Building, I left an hour before it started, took the metro and wound up waiting more than a half-hour before it started. Today, in order to make it more convenient, I left 45 minutes before it was to start.

And I was more than 5 minutes late.

And the dude who types up transcripts for reporters to check online came in after I did.

So it was really, really hard to write the story I wrote today. I got it written, but, as today's post might suggest, it was a wee bit mentally... incapacitating might be the word. You can pick your own.

Just think: "It really hurts, and I can't wait for the pills to kick in."

I got a roll of pictures back today, with pictures scanned onto a floppy.

Why they put them on a floppy is beyond me as they probably aren't the highest quality pictures, but I'm certain they'll be good enough for my blog. Which I'm certain is all you really care about anyways.

Look for new pictures on this blog tomorrow night.

And, by special request, Drew Daniel Adams is my little brother.
