I think it's nice that you can see their faces... :)
This is great pose, but I'd lose the helmet, so that you can indeed see all of the player's face. If it's a portrait, then the player doesn't need a helmet. If you're trying to play this off as an action shot, though, then maybe stick with the helmet. Your call.
